Just wondering does anyone have crazy Saturdays or is it just us? We had an Easter Hunt for Boston, a baseball game for Boston, Gene needed to mow a lawn to make money and write a paper for AP World, we had dinner with friends, we were supposed (emphasize supposed) to clean the house and work in the yard. Oh I forgot those darn bills needed to be paid and there were only four church related calls that we needed to make today. To top it all off the Easter Bunny needed to make a visit tonight. Life is busy, fun, and busy.
Yesterday we had Good Friday Stake Temple day. Leesha and I got to sit in the sealing room with two former temple presidents. President Scott (Elder Scott's brother) lives in our ward. We had the opportunity to sit, talk and ask questions with him for about 30 minutes . He is so great and we learned a lot from him. He personally knows at least 10 apostles and has met with the First Presidency on numerous occasions. One of the things that I admire about him is that he recognizes the keys of the priesthood better than anyone I have ever met. As I walked in yesterday to the sealing room he said hello President Jones and explained to everyone in the room that I was his wards Elders Quorum President. Every week he comes up to me in church and shakes my hand and says how are you doing President. This from a man who has served as Bishop, Stake President, Mission President, and Temple President. It makes me want to do better and he teaches us in his ward by humility. He never talks about where he has served or about his brother but everyone who gets to talk with him knows that he has tried to serve the Lord every day that he can.

Saturdays are always crazy. We usually need a day to recover from Saturday before Sunday. With Church callings, Amy's dance, house and yard work, and family parties that you find out about at the last minute, we finally had to have the boys not sign up for soccer to at least slow the madness. It is good to know that it is that way for everyone. We love you guys.
